MICRO PROCESSOR BASED CENTER SEAL POUCH MAKING MACHINE
(For Laminates only)

The pouch-making machine comprises of two main sections, namely

1. UNWIND, FORMING AND CENTER SEAL SECTION
2. BOTTOM SEAL AND CUTTING SECTION

  1. UNWIND, FORMING AND CENTER  SEAL SECTION WITH GUSSET ATTACHMENT

Unwind and Forming:

Two hard chrome plated steel shafts, mounted on the specially designed structure at the rear of the machine - one on top and another on the bottom.. A mechanical breaking arrangement on the side of each of these two shafts is mounted to control the tension of the film.

The shafts can be moved horizontally to fine tune the center of the film.

The film is formed into a tubular shape with the help of a former which guides it into a center seal arrangement.

center Seal section with Gusset Forming Attachment:

The film is formed into a tubular shape over the former and fed into center seal arrangement where center seal takes place. This is followed by center sealed pouch passing through center seal pressing mechanism to ensure a strong center seal.

A side gusseting attachment for center seal pouch, which is a standard attachment, is provided here.

A set of rollers comprising of silicon rubber roller on top and a ground and hard chrome plated steel roller at the bottom form a nip which is driven by 1 HP DC motor ( Optional 1 HP AC motor ) and pulls the film from the roll mounted on the unwind shaft/s.

The sealed film is fed into a pneumatically operated dancing roll mechanism to maintain continuity and constant tension between the nip and bottom sealing and cutting mechanism.

  2. BOTTOM SEALING, COLD PRESSING AND CUTTING SECTION

The film from the dancing roll mechanism enters this section guided over a spring loaded guide roll for jerk free motion.

Two bottom seal stations – our standard supply - are pneumatically operated and mounted on rack and pinion for easy movement along the section for adjusting length of the pouch.

An imported camera for mark sensing is provided.

A set of grooved rubber rollers mounted just prior to the cutting blades forms a nip driven by a stepper / servo motor, pulls the sealed tube and maintains constant tension while bottom seal takes place.

A pre set counter and emergency stop mounted for an easy access for the operator is also provided in this section.

A emergency stop is also provided at the unwind section.
